Before the first conversation
Why is your portfolio empty?
Because we only show real client work, and this studio is new. Our first sessions are being scheduled now. We will not display stock images, other studios’ portfolios, or wedding photos from our sister brand presented as family work.
Who will photograph our session?
You will know before booking. If we accept your inquiry, the assigned photographer’s identity, relevant experience, quote and contracting role are disclosed before you decide. If we cannot serve you well right now, we say so.
Is this the same team as Queen City Milestones?
Yes — Queen City Milestones comes from the team behind that Charlotte wedding photography brand. The brands are separate because weddings and family milestones are different promises. Wedding portfolio images there are never presented here as family work.
How are sessions quoted?
From your actual plan: milestone type, date, location, group size, session length and deliverables. We do not publish package prices before they are approved, and an inquiry is not a guaranteed quote.
Does submitting an inquiry book my date?
No. A date is not reserved until the named photographer accepts and a signed agreement and payment are complete.
Is Spanish-language support available?
Booking support in Spanish is available with translation assistance, and important pricing, dates, consent and contract language receive human review. No photographer’s Spanish fluency is promised unless verified for that individual.
